Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. We are at work from 8:00 are at home from about 4:30pm and on weekends. Havlandet bærer sitt navn med rette. Et romslig hus i fredelige omgivelser tett ved sjøkanten. Mens du nyter kaffen kan du ut av vinduene se bølgene bryte i fjæra, følge dyre- og fuglelivet på nært hold eller dra inn synet av mektige fjell. Du har orkesterplass til båttrafikken som passerer inn og ut av Senjahopen. Gode forhold for nordlysfotografering. Senjahopen er et godt utgangspunkt for alt det Senja kan by på av naturopplevelser. Fra Havlandet finnes butikk og kafé i gangavstand.

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Helt ny hytte på Sommarøy! Det perfekte sted for å se nordlys på vinteren, og strand og fjell på sommeren. Hytten ligger rett ved Sommarøy Arctic Hotell som tilbyr jacuzzi, sauna og restaurant. To stuer og to bad. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne, pute og sengklær. Alle bad med håndklær.
