Välkommen till vårt nybyggda, exklusiva strandhus vid Aspen i Lerum – perfekt för familjer som älskar sjölivet! Njut av egen brygga, bad, roliga vattenaktiviteter och vågskvalp. Huset har panoramafönster för ständig njutning av den fantastiska sjöutsikten. Oavsett om du lagar middag i det välutrustade köket, grillar på bryggdäcket, kopplar av i bastun eller vilar i det mysiga vardagsrummet, är utsikten alltid med dig. Outside, you'll find a large terrace with seating and hot tub – perfect for relaxing evenings. A sheltered BBQ area is available When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guesthouse is included. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers, and final cleaning included.

Njut av en vistelse när du bor på i en mysig stuga med gångavstånd till Gotaleden, ca 20 min med bil till Göteborg, Alingsås och Landvetter flygplats. Vandra, fiska och natur finns i närheten och det finns tåg och buss till Göteborgs eller Alingsås. Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga. Rökfritt inne och ute.

Haus Kilstrand direkt am Sävensee

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Das Haus verfügt über ein Ruderboot an eigener Uferlinie, Sauna. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Netflix TV

House with charm and fantastic view in Lerum

Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Natursköna Öxeryd 20 min. från Göteborg

Välkommen till Öxeryd/Lilla Säteråsvägen 13. Huset ligger på en återvändsgata, sist, med skogen som granne på baksidan, nära till ortens populära sjöar i vacker trollisk miljö. Lägenheten är enkel, 55m2, men har allt för att kunna erbjuda önskad komfort till våra gäster. Nära till kollektivtrafik och till Ica Kvantum, Lerums populäraste mataffär. Göteborgs centrum och flygplatsen Landvetter är ca 20 minuers bilande från huset.

Korpakullen i Bälinge, Alingsås.

Lägenheten ligger idylliskt, nära skog med bär och svamp. Underbara promenadmöjligheter i skogen. 400 m till Stora och Lilla Munsjöarna med badplats och fiske. Det är 50 km till Göteborg, 40 km till Borås, 10 km till 18-håls golfbana. 5 km till den vackra trästaden Alingsås. Sängplats för 2 personer i säng samt 2 personer i bäddsoffa. Rökning förbjuden. Hund är tillåten. Lägenheten är på andra våningen, ingen hiss.

Villa i centrala Lerum

Välkommen till vårt hus i centrala Lerum! Till Göteborg tar det ca 20 minuter med bil. Enplanshus med stor altan och inhägnad tomt, perfekt för både barn och husdjur. Lerum centrum ligger 800 meter bort, där finns det butiker, restauranger samt tågstationen som tar er till Göteborg eller Alingsås. Badplatser, motionsspår och natur finns i närheten. Inga fester är tillåtna i detta hus.

Historic guest house (built 1836) on a small peninsula by Lake Anten. Private entrance, parking and clearly defined outdoor areas. Peaceful countryside setting, 20 minutes from Alingsås. Public beach with sandy shore 150 m away. Our family lives in the main house on the estate, located separately. Limited traffic on nearby country road. Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
