Nombreux bars et restaurants accessibles à pied, parc de Belleville à 15 minutes, métro 2 et 3 pour accéder facilement au centre de paris en 15 minutes. L’appartement est bien équipé, avec un vidéo projecteur à disposition pour des soirées tranquilles.

Bienvenue chez moi ! Je vous accueille dans mon appartement confortable de 35 mètres carrés en plein coeur du 11ème arrondissement de Paris : Oberkampf. Arrivée autonome. Localisé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et dans une cour épatante. Chaleureux et joliment décoré, il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes : une chambre avec un lit 140x190 et dans le salon un très bon convertible 120x190. Il est idéalement situé proche du métro Ménilmontant et de tous les bars et restaurants de la rue Oberkampf.

Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.

Notre appartement a été entièrement rénové. Il est très fonctionnel, lumineux et donne place a une grande pièce à vivre de 40 M2 avec une cuisine ouverte tout équipée (Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes ..) La chambre est munit d'un lit double queen size. Le salon donne sur rue et la chambre sur cour. Ce charmant deux pièces de 65 m2 est situé au pied du Père Lachaise et bénéficie de nombreux commerce de bouche et restaurants.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
