A 2' du vieux port (tout le plaisir sans les nuisances), 5' du marché central et 7' de la gare : parfait pour profiter à pieds de tous les charmes, nombreux, de La Rochelle. La vue y est reposante, sans vis-à-vis direct : le séjour au sud donne sur une petite place privative et les 2 chambres, au nord, sur le canal et l'Eglise Saint-Sauveur (XVII ème siècle). Mon logement de 62m² est situé en plein cœur du centre historique, dans une rue piétonne, facile d'accès. À deux pas du vieux port, du marché, des commerces etc. . Pas besoin de voiture: tout est accessible à pied. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le confort et sa décoration soignée. A votre arrivée, les lits sont faits et le linge de toilette fourni. Il y a une place de stationnement dans un parking privé à 10mn à pied de l'appartement et un local vélos .
