Konaklayacağınız Krete(Girit) giriş katında salon, mutfak ve üst katta banyoları ayrı olan iki adet yatak odası bulunan villa tipindedir. Odalarımızda bulunan yataklarımız ihtiyaca uygun olarak tek ve çift kişilik olarak ayarlanabilmektedir. Sıcak su termosifon ile sağlanmaktadır. Klima ve televizyon mevcuttur. Merkezi lokasyondadır. In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Litridi Villa is a brand new house, located just outside of Molivos village. It is fully equipped (modern devices, WiFi, comfortable furniture, classy pieces and beautiful paintings) and has a spectacular view of the sea and the picturesque village with the medieval castle and harbour. The welcoming atmosphere and the wide balconies guarantee relaxing and unique holidays, with your family, friends or loved ones. The house will be fully at your disposal and you will have your privacy.

Stone Villas with private outdoor seasonal pool and parking are in the market to satisfy that category of guests who require increased privacy and a controled Covid free enviroment. Aircon and heating is from heat-pump, the hotwater from solar panels and we support electric cars charging. Insect screens and roof fans are fitted for guests who prefer fresh air than aircondition. A bedroom and a bathroom is friendly to guests with mobility difficulties. Digital Nomads are welcome.

Placed within a large olive grove, the villa is fully equipped ensuring comfort and relaxing holidays. Following the stone path (no more than 10 meters!) through our olive trees will lead you to the stunning crystal clear water beach. 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom, 25m2 Veranda and a shady backyard.

Arka yoldan Cunda'ya ve Sarımsaklı'ya gidiş 10dk.Etrafında 4 adet otopark var.Mitsubishi klima ile iklimlendirme yapılmıştır.Perşembe araçla yakın park etme akşam saatinde mümkün,pazar kurulur.
