Detached Garage Studio in Beautiful Neighborhood!

Enjoy our beautiful neighborhood in Irmo, SC close to I-26 at our wonderful small studio (~280 sq ft) over our garage! Best for a 1-2 night trip as this is a smaller studio. The space has a mini kitchen area with microwave, stove top, mini-oven/air fryer, Keurig, and more. All space is in one studio area with a bathroom. 4 occupancy based off of a twin trundle bed with twin that rolls out underneath… and then a queen air mattress. Best for 2 adult + 2 children, 4 adults would be crowded.

Walk out onto Lake Murray in the heart of Lexington! From sunrise to sunset this home is perfect for that relaxing get away; a private beach is steps from your door, a dock to fish from, boat ramp to launch your lake toys, quite cove with beautiful wild life! As the owners we live in the upstairs of the home (completely securely separated) and are available if you need anything! We enjoy sharing this beautiful home with others! Please note the beach, dock and lake are shared spaces.

This is a quiet upstairs room with quality craftsmanship. The woodworking and pine flooring give it warmth and coziness with a cabin feel. Tile work at the fireplace and in the bathroom contribute to the room’s unique design. Because we are ten minutes from public access to Lake Murray, we have plenty of parking and turn-around space for your trailer and boat. Also, for those traveling with friends or more persons in your party, a similar well equipped room is directly below this room.

This cozy one bed and bath is favorably tucked away in Springdale SC. Close access to major highways, CAE Airport, and LMHospital. USC Campus is 5 miles. Walmart is 2 miles. Lake Murray is less than 30 minutes away, so bring your boat. We have plenty of space to park it. This space is also wonderful for working remotely, if you must. We love the quiet and privacy our guest house offers! Perfect for couples or single only
