The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Yanity House

You will have access to the entire house fully furnished. Pet's are welcome just keep paws clean its a beige rug. We want everyone to be comfortable, so please let us know how and what you would like to see improved if you rent the unit. We will improve the unit as per guest suggestions. Currently we do not have cable but we do have a dvd and game system in the living room - All the bedrooms have TV's, dvd players or bring your streaming device There currently is no phone but cell service works

Flat Rocks Cottage: Ski and Swim in the Catskills!

A year-round Catskills getaway! Located on one of the best swimming holes in the Catskills- known for its flat rocks. In the warm months, you can walk across the lawn scented with wild thyme, down the trail in the backyard, take a swim in the cool clean water of the Schoharie Creek and lay on the hot flat rocks. The home offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience.
