V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities.
