Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.
