Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Enjoy your stay in this charming Near South bungalow. The house has been newly refurbished with all new furniture, a custom bar, remodeled bathroom, washer/dryer and a home chef's kitchen. Home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. It also includes a screened-in front porch to relax while looking onto the front yard full of native flowers and plants. There are 11 steps to get into the home from the street. Street parking only. Owners live on premise.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 TVs, 2 electric fireplaces, and a xtra large bathroom with a free-standing soaking tub. Main/first floor laundry room equiped with brand new samsung washer & dryer. There is a garage that's not accessible at the moment, I apologize for this inconvenience. Along driveway that can park 3 midsized vehicles. A completely fenced-in smaller backyard with an all seasonal back patio for you to enjoy.

Enjoy historic charm close to UNL and downtown. This garden-level apartment with its own entrance is walking distance to delightful coffee shops and cafes. Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!

This studio loft features a king bed and sofa sleeper, 3/4 bath, a full kitchen, dining/work space, private internet, and a coin operated laundry room next door. The loft is located on the third floor (no passenger elevator) and the building has a secured entrance.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Right of I-80, and only a 6 min drive to the Historic Haymarket, Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. The apartment is located within a small, quiet and secured apartment complex of only 24 units. There's a courtyard for you to use to enjoy a meal, or read a book outside. Behind the complex is a Disc Golf Course and we'll have some disc's available for you to use while visiting.

Fondly referred to as "The Little House", this is a newly restored two-bedroom bungalow built in 1920, in an established quiet and friendly neighborhood. The Little House is very charming, along with a central location within minutes of most anything. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house has a long private driveway as well as free off-street parking availability. We can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay.

Sunrise Cottage - 3 bedroom

Enjoy your stay in this completely renovated three bedroom, one bathroom home. This cozy cottage is located in the heart of south/central Lincoln with easy accessibility to many main attractions. It is a quick 8 minute drive to downtown- Pinnacle Bank Arena, Southpoint Pavillions, and all the attractions on O Street including Gateway Mall. This home is the perfect place to feel as if you are at your home away from home.
