Room B is a small (10’ x 10’) but cozy room with full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom (5’ x8’) with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Comfy bed, a table for two looking out at the big maple treetop (with a few hints of the ocean beyond), kitchenette has a bar sink, fridge for your leftovers/bevys, and a microwave to heat them up! It’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll be getting your workout! Red chairs on the front yard are for guest use- enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze! Very clean, bright space.

This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak access at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

There's a separate entrance to the room and a private bathroom attached to this bedroom. It's totally separate from my living space. I'm located in mid coast Maine near Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Augusta, etc. There is heat and WiFi a microwave a kettle, coffee maker, TV and refrigerator and other items for your convenience. It is not a kitchen but as many amenities as I can accommodate. You are welcome here to enjoy the privacy, comfort and convenience here.
