You will see our JCB & Tractors but noise and movement of machinery is kept to a minimum during guest stays to give you peace and tranquility

Highfield Shepherds hut is located in the picturesque village of Ingham just 10 minutes from the historic city of Lincoln. The shepherds hut is situated in a 2 acre grass field in complete privacy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, a log burner for those chilly winter nights, a fire pit for summer bbq’s and its own en-suite. The village has two pubs one of which is a fantastic gastro pub and also a shop. The hut is a two minute walk down to the field from where you can park.

Woodhall Spa is a 5 minute drive, with a selection of shops and restaurants, plus the unique Kinema in the Woods, Jubilee Park, with outdoor swimming pool, and Golf. There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly!

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Welcome to Dennis, our 1970s converted Fire Engine. All our units here at The Layby Lincs have a king size bed, AC for hot and cold, an outdoor covered kitchen area, a private bathroom cabin and your own wood fired hot tub. We are closer to a luxury holiday cottage than we are to camping. Dennis has an 3ft stock fenced garden for supervised off lead time with your furry friends. Why stay somewhere boring when you can stay somewhere memorable.
