Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. The master bedroom is en suite with a 2nd Jack & Jill door.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Located within the heart of the friendly village of Lindale, which has a local pub. Lindale offers spectacular views over the Levens valley and Howgill fells and is an ideal base for those enjoying walking, mountain biking or simply relaxing. Rock Cottage retains many original features such as flag floors, beams and exposed stone walls. Drakes Cottage

Drakes Cottage is situated within the courtyard of a former 18th century coaching stables. The medieval village of Cartmel is a 15 minute walk away, via public footpath through the surrounding fields or country lanes. Famous for its 12th century Priory, 2 Michelin starred restaurants & delicious sticky toffee pudding. The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.

Crown Cottage, High Newton. Luxury 3 bed cottage

Crown Cottage is a luxury self catering cottage situated in the tranquil village of High Newton in the southern Lake District. The property is ideally situated close to local attractions including the foodie capital of Cartmel and the southern shores of Windermere. Further afield, activities such as fell walking, mountain biking in Grizedale Forest and trips to the towns of Bowness, Ambleside and Grasmere are all easily accessible.

The Bothy - secluded in The Lake District

The Bothy at Cowmire Hall is a delightful, first-floor converted farm building, consisting of a hall, large living-room/kitchen open to the roof, a shower-room and double bedroom. There is also a gallery or sleeping-platform above the kitchen area which can be accessed via a wall ladder (see photos) from the living room, with two single beds and also a sofa bed in the living room.
