The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

The Lodge is situated on its original site which dates back to the 16th Century when it was the home to the Gatekeeper of Muckruss. Lovely refurbished, cottage (semi-d),glass front downstairs overlooking sea, stunning sea views from every room, overlooks lovely long beach. Seaview has been a family holiday home for twenty years and is much loved. Dunworley is a fabulous tidal beach and Moloneys is also lovely. There is a lively and friendly local country pub, great restaurants locally & fabulous local food produce in local co-op store. Breathtaking walks from front door. Good news we now have wifi.
