Manning cottage was once a school house, but now welcomes visitors to its rooms. Set in a tranquil environment surrounded by birdlife and rolling hills, the cottage is beautifully decorated for practicality and comfort. A well stocked breakfast basket with locally sourced produce is included. The Upper Clarence district offers a choice of outdoor activities including canoeing, fishing, bird-watching, bushwalking, 4wdriving as well as the local show, campdraft, and dog trials are held annually.

Our third cottage " Casita Blanca " Spanish for little white house, built in 2019 but it has the timeless charm of french antiques and quality furnishings. It's character and location makes the perfect getaway for a couple who appreciate some luxury touches like authentic french antiques and crystal chandeliers. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided.
