A beautiful ocean front home overlooking the coral reefs of the Caribbean sea. Offering 150 feet (45 meters) of private, white sand beach just steps from the house. The 2 acre property is located on the east side of Little Corn Island, on Cocal Beach. Our home has an open space design with fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers and screened in back porch over looking a manicured lawn with palm trees. A two person hammock is on site. Walking distance to restaurants, dive shops etc

Farm Peace & Love - Guest Suite en Little Corn

We are at 20 -25 minutes from the village, on the quiet side of the island in a secluded area, away from the nightlife. Guests have free access to all the farm's products . The suite, in the east wing of the main house, has its own private entrance and access to the garden and the beach, 1 bedroom with a queen and a single bed, bathroom, shower, porch with dining area and kitchen. The suite has power 24h a day, mosquito nets, drinking water and maid service. Maximum 3 adults, no children.

Casa Paraíso. Little Corn Island

Our spacious 100 square meter beach house is located right in front of Cocal beach and a footstep away from the Caribbean Sea. When building the house a lot of effort was put in to making it a cozy and welcoming place for our guests. There are four restaurants in walking distance ranging from simple dishes to the best food the island has to offer. Upon arrival we will pick you up form the dock and guide you to the house. Please note: There is no Wi-Fi at the house and no hot water.

Cabana Casita, Dereks Place

The Casita cabana offers an incredible view located near the beach. It features a charming veranda complete with a hammock and a comfortable lounge chair. This cabana is a double bed cabana. With a private bathroom with a lovely shower. The shower is thoughtfully designed to conserve water, boasting a ceiling of sky, a floor of smooth rock, and walls made of bamboo. We've filled the dispensers with our own natural handmade soaps, crafted with care and creativity, for your enjoyment.

Relax in our stunning 1 bedroom bungalow, just 10 steps from our shore. We're a friendly, relaxed Italian couple who enjoy hosting people on our estate, which we designed and built ourselves. Around the bungalow you'll find many natural and creative touches to help you feel at ease: sculptures sourced from driftwood and shells; tables, chairs and beds made from local wood; hammocks positioned so you can enjoy the sunset. We can provide private meals to order, drinks and beverages.

Escape the crowds of the Village and truly be on vacation in this quiet little nook of the Island where you have your own private beach at 1/10 of the price of our neighbour Yemaya's resort. Why walk from the Village when you can be right next to the Beach. The Rincon cabana is nestled a bit further back, yet still boasts a breathtaking sea view. Perched on stilts, it provides the charming ambiance of a treehouse. You'll find a hammock and a comfortable lounge chair on the delightful bamboo veranda. Inside, there's a snug double bed and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The shower is thoughtfully designed to conserve water, featuring a leafy canopy as its "roof," surrounded by verdant trees, and offering ample space.

Paraiso Beach Hotel on Big Corn Island is located right on Playa Coco. A beautiful untouched beach. Your room is about 80m away from it and 30m from our restaurant "The Buccaneer". You can enjoy our new beach bar "Por Ahi". We serve great cocktails, beach food and ice cold beers here. This room is a Cabana, which is great for couples. They have 1 queen bed, hot shower, AC, TV and a veranda with hammocks and chairs to chill on. Fantastic breakfast options are included!
