Woodhaven is located on Pegasus Farm. This is a rustic country setting, clean, with lots of charm. Fully equipped kitchen, a loft a with double bed, a double bed downstairs, electric heater and a wood heat stove. This beautiful structure is loaded with exotic redwood, a maple floor and stone accents. Built and furnished with recycled and reclaimed materials. The owners live in the beige farm house, there are two small cabins in the garden that we rent nightly, and there is a communal fire ring .

Refuge at end of private road in redwoods, natural forestland & Juliette's long-loved garden. Carpenter/Musicians/Local Artist-built cabin with much natural wood & light. 15 minutes to Mendocino "proper"; 5 minutes to Albion harbor; 10 minutes to Navarro State beach; 6 minutes to Navarro Headlands trail. Our peaceful cottage is nestled among the redwoods, a few miles inland from the Mendocino Coast. High ceilings and skylights make this space feel spacious, offering natural light, and views of the majestic trees. The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

Private cottage has ocean view, and is just across the road from Caspar Headlands State Park. Enter through private gate into your own garden with outdoor seating. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.
