Take 3 units of a National Historic Landmark home!

Take over the entire 2nd floor of our 1835 National Historic Landmark home. Includes three B & B units sharing a kitchenette. Each room has a private bath. All three units share a private entrance into our first floor lobby. Use our large in-ground pool or play tennis or croquet at the Genesee Volley Tennis and Croquet Club on the grounds. (See gvtc.club). Conveniently located in the Village of Geneseo on a working vegetable farm, we are within easy walking distance of Downtown and SUNY Geneseo.

The Whole Enchilada!

Take all 4 units in our National Historic Landmark bed & breakfast! Three of the units are on the second floor of the main house and the 4th, The Garden Suite, has a separate entrance off of the pool area. Both the Garden Suite and the other three rooms have kitchenette areas complete with refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster and toaster oven. There is also a gas grill poolside. Includes exclusive pool access and use of our large veranda overlooking the Genesee Valley.

The General Wadsworth Suite at the Hartford House

The General Wadsworth Suite is one of three additional units that opened in 2019! The General's Suite is the 400 square foot master bedroom of this historic house built by the General in 1835. This unit has a large private bath featuring a large Jacuzzi Pure Air Tub and a spacious separate shower. This 2nd floor suite shares a 2nd floor kitchen with the other two new units. A tennis club is also located on the 70 acre grounds. Sorry not handicap accessible. No smoking or pets.

A quiet nature-oriented art-filled suite on three acres, in a peaceful creative, healthy environment welcoming guests who like a fragrance-free, clean air experience. Our gardens, wildlife, and art gallery welcome you, and we request your help keeping our haven uniquely free of fragrances for those requiring avoidance of these chemicals. Mountainside suite at Turtle Rock Hollow B&B

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, perfectly perched for the best travel itineraries in the area. Turtle Rock Hollow B&B was constructed in 2023 and can offer a uniquely private stay. Secured, private suites, each with their own full bath, provide a cozy night's sleep. Hartford House Bed & Breakfast - The Senator's Room

Named for former U.S. Senator and Congressman James W. Wadsworth Jr. who lived in the house from 1932-1952. The Senator's Room has a King bed, private bath and shares our new second floor kitchen where a continental breakfast is served. 

Hartford House Bed & Breakfast - Alice Hay Room

Named for Alice Hay Wadsworth, daughter of U.S. Secretary of State John Hay and wife of Sen. James Wadsworth. She was the First Lady of Hartford House from 1932-1962 and made many improvements to the property. 

Blue Rose Plum Garden Room close to Letchworth
