Dock Holiday is located on 3 Rivers Island, with direct waterfront on the Diversion Canal. Bring your boat/jet skis and park at our large dock. This is a golf cart ONLY community and we offer a 4-seat golf cart with the rental. Get ready to explore nature as you head over the bridge onto the island for some rest & relaxation!

Villa🌴🦦 Oasis Bayou

Relaxing on the Tickfaw River at Butterfly Bayou. Bring your boat, kayak, or jet ski. The boat slip is within the subdivision, making it a quick way to dock your boat at the private pier behind the home. Plenty of places to explore up & down the river. Tickfaw State Park is upriver and there are four night clubs that play live music, with pier docking, & dining. Lake Maurepas is 14 miles down river. Manchac Middendorf 20 miles down river. You can navigate to anywhere from the house.

Guest House _Southern Charm

Non-Smoking, Two-story guest house with on-site parking and great proximity to Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and surrounding areas. Full kitchenette, custom walk-in shower, and comfortable modern living space. Please note that sleeping accommodations are primarily on 2nd level with lower ceiling heights, yet bathroom is on 1st floor. Our Little Diversion

Located on Three Rivers Island in SE Louisiana. Leave all your worries behind and enjoy the relaxing experience at Our Little Diversion. Once you park your vehicle in the Three Rivers Island parking lot, you'll hop in our 4-seater black golf cart and start your adventure. We have fishing poles, a boat lift should you choose to bring your own boat, swings and outdoor seating, and all the creature comforts you need to enjoy your stay.

Walmart Neighborhood, Hardware Store, Dollard General and OLOL Urgent Care within 3 minutes from the house. Several Restaurants in Gonzales within 10-15 mins from the house. 4 Plates, 4 Bowls, 4 Cups, 3 Pots, 2 Pans , 2 extra Blankets and Pillows, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, K-Pod Maker, Central AC/Heat, Outlets, Table. Silverware is 5 of each, teaspoon, tablespoon, fork, butter knife in all cabins. We provide soaps, dishwashing pods, dishwasher. spare toilet paper and paper towels. Equipped with Smoke detectors, 2 cutting boards and cooking utensils is all cabins.
