Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

I Sassi di Wally: verde, arte e mare!

Al termine di una tipicissima strada bianca delle colline toscane fiancheggiata da cipressi, I Sassi di Wally è un divertente cottage con torretta costruito in pietra, un tempo dependance agricola di un casale del 700 oggi ristrutturato. La casa, internamente rinnovata nel 2022, è indipendente, con giardino privato e recintato, zona lavoro, parcheggio e vasca idromassaggio “sotto le stelle”. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Ideale per un periodo lontani dalla solita routine in totale privacy.

In touch with nature, molino,cottage with terrace

This wonderful holiday apartment is situated in a magical location in touch with nature, near Pomaia (village at 600 Meters), a tiny medieval hilltop village at only 13 km from the Tuscan Tyrrhenian sea. Originally a flour mill, the building has been restored and converted into 3 comfortable independent apartments. Hot tub available in the shared garden. free of charge, shared (open from the middle of May to the end of September), as well as a large furnished veranda, to relax.

Cozy Italian stone cottage central Tuscany

Casa Michelangelo is a fully restored 4 bed, 2 bath stone cottage with a loft & free parking. There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !

Il Casalino e' un delizioso casale sulle colline di Camaiore. Pur essendo vicinissimo al paese ed ai servizi, la casa si trova nella privacy piu' totale. Sembra di essere in una piccola oasi incantata dove tutte le comodita' e tutti gli angoli sono perfettamente studiati e curati per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.
