Spacious, bright and truly unique apartment offering spectacular views of the Roman Amphitheater. From every window, the Arena is so close you can almost touch it! This home has been in my family for four generations, and having grown up here, I am delighted to invite you to experience its magic. Free private parking in the enclosed courtyard nearby. This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests, digital nomads and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the seacoast is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.

Using public transport you could reach the airport and the city beach in 10 minutes drive. Parking is available at the public parking 500 meters from the apartment. Suitable for 2 persons and it is consisted from one doubled bed, living room, TV and Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and kitchen.
