There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. We are set in a private enclosed 1 acre garden on the river bank with fishing rights. There are a variety of seating areas, fire pit and BBQ. You have your own private fully equipped kitchen, plumbed toilet and shower.

This charming cottage in the centre of Llangollen, with modern facilities is the perfect location for a country getaway, the garden overlooks the railway and river. The towns amenities are a 2 minute walk away. The lounge is cosy with a log burner for winter evenings, and the bedroom the perfect haven.
