The house, completely renovated in 2012, has a living room with access to a large furnished porch, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a tub. It is just 10 minutes away by car from the famous beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo,..., and 2 minutes away from the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find all the services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities.
