"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The Finca Son Ferrer d'en Vola Vola is a natural and protected area located in Sant Jordi, Palma. The house, of Mallorcan architecture, has more than 500m2 and more than 90,000m2 of rustic land, and has capacity for ten adults and two children. It has six double bedrooms and five complete bathrooms -three in suite-, and two living rooms and a modern kitchen.
