Cemaes is close to the historical town of Machynlleth and Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful views await you along with lots of things to do and see. Whether walking, biking or just enjoying a lunch in a pretty town or visiting tourist interests there is plenty to do here. The Dyfi Valley is a designated UNESCO Biosphere.

(Adults only) We're in a beautiful location with sea views and close to the Marina, Town Centre, Railway Station and Ferry Port. The room has a king size bed (5 ft x 6ft3") fridge with breakfast ingredients, yogurts, cheese, milk, ham, butter and preserves. Plus cereals, biscuits, bread, tea, coffee etc. If you have any special dietary requirements, let us know prior to your visit.

Set within a quiet courtyard Ty Llwyd is part of the former Bala workhouse, dating from around 1836, a renovated 3 storey Victorian terrace. Set among the beautiful Snowdonia National Park you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house with canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing available, numerous walking and cycling trails and all local amenities, pubs, shops, and cafes within 200yds.

Starting from the property you take numerous walks and have mountain bike trails and salmon fishing on your doorstep.

The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a 5 minute drive or a minibus ride from the train station. We are based on a quiet road and a sea view from the garden.
