Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

The Zen Den is a new, boutique 1 bedroom walk-up apartment that has been intentionally designed to ensure all your creature comforts are met. Enjoy the rooftop deck amenities: workout, lounge/sun bathing, and BBQ / dining areas. Also enjoy 24-hr access to the backyard pool, onsite potable water, Starlink throughout the property, and being at the centre of it all - just a couple minute walk to dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as 5 min walk to the pristine 2-mile beach!

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Palapa Lulu is a charming studio on the 3rd level of our boutique triplex, Casa Bahía. We are centrally located in Punta de Mita and just around the block to swimmable beaches, multiple surf breaks, seasonal whale watching, the Marietas Islands as well as fantastic restaurants & shopping. This is a great “glamping” style space fitted with all the amenities for solo travelers, family and friends, surfers, digital nomads and people that enjoy a friendly Mexican pueblo.

Casa la Bodeguita

Casa La Bodeguita consists of two levels of living space overlooking open space and coconut palm trees. The home offers two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The bathroom features a large vanity with a natural stone shower. The kitchen provides all the essentials and wood cabinetry. The first floor lower terrace has a granite top table for four along with a cool plunge pool. The second floor roof terrace has a wet bar, a table for six, gas grill, and lounge chairs.

It is two blocks from the main road where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. This house offers a tranquil yet fun experience by being able to hang out by the pool, bbq on the outdoor grills, or even make yourself a margarita in the outdoor bars. Perfect for couples retreats or large families!
