Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.
