Welcome to our unique and tastefully self-contained Cozy Cabin, where comfort and tranquility meet. Located at the back of our garden, this cabin offers a serene atmosphere perfect for up to two guests. With its own private entrance, complete with coded locks and keys. Fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat, traveling for business, sightseeing and events.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Blythe Vale Studio with private garden + entrance

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? Please do ask in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note we can only accept bookings from the person who is staying.

Private self-contained ensuite lodge with parking

A lovely private kingsize garden room with en-suite shower room and tea & coffee making facilities. Situated on a quiet residential street with separate access so no need to walk through our home. 10 mins walk to Jubilee Line tube station (2 stops/4 mins to Wembley Park so perfect for events at Wembley Stadium/Arena) and 2 mins walk to buses to central London. Free off-street parking is included! We have a small, friendly dog called Eazy who will have access to the shared garden.

The kitchen, bathroom & decks have everything you need + ask us about early check-in & a one-hour private tour right on your boat. Located in on the Grand Union canal we're only 15-25 mins to the city's most famous sites - so come enjoy a unique experience & peaceful sleep on our canal boat in London!

Tucked away in a charming corner of London, our self-contained Garden Studio sits in the heart of historic Highgate. A well-kept secret of north London, this neighbourhood is somewhere you'll want to linger, rather than just pass through. The 320 sqft studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind in the evening with the 55" HDTV (BBC iPlayer, Netflix and Amazon all set up), or step outside to your own semi-private patio for a quiet coffee among the greenery.

This Modern Apartment “Woodship” Built in 2013, was my Garden, I personally Project managed the build. I am very proud to share my Apartment and its very elegant and spacious, open living space with Double Sofa Bed and 2 Double Bedroom’s, with private garden. Wood Green Tube Station is 1 min walk away and home to the Brand New Totteham hotspurs Stadium as well as NFL. Alexandra Palace just a bus ride away or 10 minutes walk, also Alexandra Place is home to many Events.

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.
