Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

The room has an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

We are offering our guests a bright, modern, large room and their own bathroom with a shower, sink & WC. WiFi, digital TV, hairdryer & towels are all included. There are two double beds in the room which will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. The price shown is for 2 guests, extra charge for third person applies. Continental Breakfast is served up to 9am. East Croydon train station offers fast connections to Gatwick Airport, West End, Central London, the City and the south Coast.

Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays.
