Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed always receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and set of drawers.

Welcome to our Chinese Room, a peaceful retreat, a king-size bed and private en suite shower. The room faces south, overlooking the garden and includes a TV. We are just 5 minutes from the station (15 minutes to Waterloo) and buses to the Wimbledon tennis grounds, with a 7-minute walk to Wimbledon Village. Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the top floor, a typically English style double room, perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests. Our prices are inclusive for bed and Breakfast. (cooked included) We also do not charge a cleaning fee! We also have one other twin room, on the same floor, which is perfect for family bookings.
