We are in Furzedown- close to Balham, Tooting and Streatham. We are lucky to have some lovely Cafes, restaurants and Shops on our street! 15 min walk or 3 mins walk and 5 mins on a bus to get to The Underground- Northern Line. 2 mins from playground, tennis courts and football. 5 minutes from Tooting Common and Tooting Bec Lido outdoor pool

A 6-minute walk to the Tube, making central London easily accessible. Reach Victoria Station in 30 minutes and Oxford Circus in 35 minutes. Please note the second bedroom is on the smaller side and with a small double bed.
