We welcome you to step back in time and enjoy a restful weekend of rural leisure in the welcoming Hudson Valley countryside. The LOFT is a large comfortable very private room with en suite and private entry. The house has been welcoming guest since 1751, and we are happy to share that history of hospitality with you. Our location is right at the cross roads of the Mid Hudson Valley, it literally takes only minutes to drive to; Rhinebeck, the Kingston waterfront or Kingston Stockade District, and 15 minutes to Woodstock or Bard College. Additionally there is another beautifully appointed room available on property for people or families traveling together who need two rooms. Although we are considered a B&B, don't expect breakfast. What you will find in your room - is a bowl of seasonal fruit and some local baked goods along side a Keurig coffeemaker and a compact refrigerator stocked with half and half and yogurt to start your morning off with. Garden space and terrace. We try and stay out of our guests way, often even arranging to leave a key out. We want our guest to be able to arrive whenever they want, with no pressure or time schedule to keep. That being said we are always just a call away and can provide expert advice on what to see, where to be seen, and great places to dine. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, so it is helpful to have a savvy local host help winnow out the options, don't be afraid to ask! The Benjamin Ten Broeck House is located on Flatbush Road, just north of Kingston. With easy access to Rhinebeck and Kingston, the house is also close to Saugerties and Woodstock. Amtrak and Uber now available! 10 minutes from Rhinecliff train station. Exceptional clean, well fitted out with comfortable furniture, British country life motifs abound, quality linens, and perfect privacy abounds. Loose yourself in time, in a space designed for easy comfort and relaxation!

A quaint, seaside village located on the South Shore of Long Island, Bellport Village has long been a destination for both day trippers and summer residents. It offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences, along with one of the most well-known summer theatres in the region, the Gateway Playhouse. Bellport is one of the rare municipalities with its own golf course, private Fire Island ocean beach lovingly referred to as "Ho-Hum Beach" as well as a bay side beach named "Mother's Beach".

The DeBary Inn is a 16-room Boutique Hotel located in Downtown Summit, NJ. Each of our rooms are uniquely decorated and furnished. Our historical Inn was constructed in 1880 and offers much Victorian-Era charm. Our popular continental breakfast will be resumed from March 1,2022.
