The building dates to the 1870s and is on the historic registry. However, the Studio space is beautifully decorated in a modern motif with one of a kind art throughout. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. * No cleaning fee 😁

Open upstairs loft bedroom with pine floors, catherial ceiling, exposed beams, full kitchen , bathroom and washer and dryer. The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. We invite all to enjoy our old red barn.

The apartment is private and in a separate wing of a converted factory complex which includes an owner occupied building and artist studio in a quiet residential neighborhood. One bedroom on the ground floor with full bath nearby. The other bedroom is in the loft with queen bed with a daybed in the sitting area for two extra guests. We gladly welcome clean, well behaved pets. ($50 pet fee) Pet sitting and dog walking available for an additional fee. On site babysitting also available.
