This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Set on a picturesque equestrian property the studio is adjacent to main residence, accessed by its own entrance. The perfect location being only a short bike ride away from the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle boasting a choice of 10 award winning vineyards incl Te Awa, Trinity Hill & Ngatarawa. Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

Enjoy staying at our newly built, beautiful cottage. There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

Located between Havelock Nth & Hastings, close to many attractions & Rstnts, plenty of parking & amazing views of Te Mata Peak. 3 full bedrooms inside with 1 small single room off the Main Bedroom, good for children or that extra friend. A large Bathroom with toilet/shower/bath plus another separate toilet with a full vanity. 1 large outside bedroom. Backyard for easy entertaining.

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are also new and feature roomy showers and heated towel rails. New A/c in King room and A/c in ensuite upgraded A/c in living areas.

Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean.

Modern self contained apartment

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

Nestled amongst the trees and overlooking the Mangarau Stream, this stand alone studio offers privacy and relaxation after a busy day of exploring Hawkes Bay. With Te Mata Peak on the doorstep and local wineries a must visit, the Little Shoehorn is a perfect place to base yourself whilst exploring the beautiful region.
