Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. It is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Appliances: full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. The Hidden Gem is a private apartment at the rear of our home of 30 years. Guests will enjoy a cozy living room, full kitchen, bedroom with brand new queen size mattress, and bath. The apartment sleeps two. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a sofa (queen sofa bed), armchair, coffee table, lamps, window. There is an outdoor patio with table and chairs, as well as off street parking with a locking gate. A no parking sign is respected by our neighbors.

The pool area and back patio have seating and feature access to a grill and fire pit.

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
