We were recently the victim of a previous guest that tried to extort us for money. We did not cave to their demands and in response they left an untrue review. The home does not have and has never had bed bugs despite what the inaccurate review states. Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
