You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Access to this secluded property is down a 400 yard farm track through the Red Horse Vale woods and offers panoramic countryside views.

Located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. In this light and spacious bedroom there is a king size bed, a sofa bed, TV and Wifi leading into a separate, modern kitchen with a dining table and shower room. A private path leads from the guest parking space to the property . Our friendly village is a 10 minute drive from junction 12 off the M40, just a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury, with easy access to exploring the Cotswolds.

The Showman is a newly renovated 1950’s camper set on an arable farm in beautiful countryside with amazing views and walks. Relax and unwind in the wood burning hot tub, after a day enjoying the local area and countryside. The camper has been thoughtfully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, king sized bed, sofa and TV. We love it and we know you will too!
