Här kan du njuta av stilla morgnar vid vattnet eller betrakta färgsprakande solnedgångar – en verklig oas bortom vardagens hektiska tempo. Stugan är utrustad med bastu och en vedeldad kamin, och för extra komfort finns kyl/frys samt flera värmeelement vilket gör det möjligt att besöka denna plats året om.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
