Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Perfetta per famiglie numerose, offre 3 camere, 3 bagni, una jacuzzi interna e un ampio giardino con barbecue, lettini e zona pranzo. Vicina a sentieri panoramici e anche percorsi escursionistici.

Monolocale con angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno e lavanderia. Completamente indipendente si trova in un borgo del 1400 ristrutturato, nell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, località Marzabotto-Luminasio. Il borgo dista 2 kmq (in salita)da Marzabotto e circa 20 kmq da Bologna. Marzabotto è raggiungibile da Bologna con treno o bus. Ma per arrivare al borgo bisogna avere la macchina perché non ci sono mezzi pubblici che da Marzabotto portano a Luminasio.
