The Little Mountain Cabin | Couple's Retreat

Our cozy little cabin for couples is rich with opportunities to enjoy the outdoors an take a vacation from life in Romania's beautiful Carpathian Mountains. 30 min from Muntele Mic ski resort, and situated beside a rippling mountain stream. Enjoy a great selection of local authentic restaurants in town close by. And maybe... if you're lucky you'll catch a glimpse of the local wildlife that is roaming the forest around the cabin, and certainly enjoy the many wild birds flitting around the cabin.

Step back in time and slow down time, in our cozy and relaxing holiday house set in the picturesque village of Sat Bătrân or "the old village". Part of the Armenș comune, you will be staying at the foothills of the Tarcu Mountains in the community has welcomed a bison rewilding project. From Sat Bătrân you can organise wild bison tracking and other wilderness guided tours. We can also provide you with a real taste of the culture of the area, traditional food can be prepared upon request.

SkyhighRetezat is located in the Retezat National Park in Tara Hategului. You are in the middle of mother nature at the base of the Retezat mountains. Relax at this peacefully unique and remote place. You can visit all kinds of attraction points like castles, ruins, monasteries, lakes, you can do bike, atv trips and of course mountain trips! You can enjoy the convenience of free parking on premises. Muntele Mic is a convenient 40 min drive away, making any Ski\Hiking weekend pleasant and comfortable. Casa Speranta Liniște, cazare pet-friendly!

Cabana este situata intr-o vale minunata inconjurata de munti unde privelistea te vrajeste. Casa este confortabila , cu toate dotarile necesare unei sederi linistite . Singurul zgomot este strigatul cocosilor din vecini, un latrat indepartat si susurul apei ce trece prin fata casei. Daca ai uitat sa iti aduci ceva, cele doua magazine din sat pot completa acest disconfort. Din sat , de la localnici puteti cumpara , lapte , oua, branza și o pâine de casă nemaipomenita!

Cabana funcționează sustenabil, cu energie produsă de panouri fotovoltaice și apă pluvială colectată, pentru un sejur practic și responsabil în natură.
