We do not allow parties. The price quote is for two guests. Cost per extra guest is $30 per person per night. Fees for early/late, check-in/out are payable on arrival/departure. We allow one pet 50 lbs or less. Other things to note: The cottages are next door to Shuckers Oyster Restaurant/Bar featuring live music Wednesday through Sunday. The pool house is very private and separate from the main house with its own entrance and is connected to the large outdoor kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a large walk in closet, a king bed with 1800 thread count sheets and a Down comforter. The living area has a new sectional sofa and bathroom has a walk in shower. Can sleep up to 2 adults and a small child. You can add the upstairs to sleep up to 4 more adults.
