Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Nestled on 10 private acres, the property sits on fifth-generation family farmland where my Papaw Clark once farmed tobacco. Today, we've preserved the beauty of this special place while creating a peaceful retreat for guests to relax, reconnect with nature, and experience the same mountain landscape our family has loved for generations!!

Cabin Kisa

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guests who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.

The "Otter Cabin" on Spring Creek
