This was our family home for decades. Now we stay here to visit family in Norfolk and provide it to you to do the same! There are bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom on the main floor with a large walk-in shower. For mobility issues, the front steps would be the only necessary stairs. This is a central location in Norfolk, no more than 5-7 minutes from about anywhere. Located next to Central Park, with playground and a lot of space to run. It is also about one block from a track!

Located on Norfolk Avenue, you are steps away from locally owned restaurant's, bars, parks and new attractions at the River Point District. Enjoy wonderful views and gorgeous sunsets at the country quiet cottage on our farm. The trailhead of the Cowboy Trail- the longest rails to trail in the US-is 15 minutes away. You have the entire cottage to yourself which includes two queen beds in separate bedrooms. Plenty of room for parking if you need extra space for a trailer. The Windmill Cottage is a great location for a peaceful getaway.

This house is still getting fixed up as time goes so it’s not a perfect house like for instance the outside isn’t painted yet, some flooring needs to come out, touched up inside with paint etc. NO SMOKING!!
