Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

AL NIDO - il mondo da un oblò

Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Vorschriften des Kantons Tessin darf ich max. 6 Erwachsene beherbergen). Ruhig im Wald gelegen, mit Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden. Einfaches Steinhaus mit fliessend Warmwasser, vollständig ausgerüsteter Küche, aber kein Geschirrspüler und keine Waschmaschine. Heizung bei Bedarf mit Gas, Elektroofen oder Holz. Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

The apartment is located in a two-family house, in the center of Maggia located on the 2nd floor. Ground floor: entrance with built-in wardrobes, living room with sofa, TV and WIFI internet. Fully furnished kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. 1st floor: there are two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds and a small toilet. The price includes bed linen, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, WI-FI. The tourist tax is included in the price.
