Cuenta con hermosos jardines, acogedoras estancias y máximo confort. Dispone de 2 casas para 3 huéspedes cada una. Te permite desconectar y disfrutar de tranquilidad Se recomienda dejar el coche en el punto de encuentro a 5 minutos caminando, ya que por las características de la isla, los últimos metros son muy empinados Es un espacio diseñado para descansar y pasar unos días aislados, leyendo, haciendo senderismo, y disfrutando de la tranquilidad que te da la zona de la Florida. La finca está sembrada de árboles frutales y cultivos de vid.Solo se oye el ruido de los pájaros al cantar. La casa dispone en su interior de todo lo necesario y con un exterior para tomar el sol o poder disfrutar de una barbacoa. Hay parking privado en el interior y se accede a través de un camino empinado. Zona muy tranquila La finca dispone de dos construcciones unidas por un jardín. La primera construcción es una amplia cocina con todo lo necesario y una terraza con barbacoa. La otra construcción es una confortable casa con un dormitorio, con cama doble, un baño y una sala que dispone de un sofá cama doble y una zona de comedor donde hay un pequeño Office muy bien equipado con microondas, vitro, fregadero, vajilla y todo lo necesario, etc.. La finca son unos 1000 metros cuadrados y está a completa disposición del huésped. Pueden los huéspedes ponerse en contacto con nosotros las 24 horas del día. Asesoramos y ayudamos en todo lo que sea necesario. A 500 metros sobre el mar, el barrio de La Florida es una hermosa zona rural, punto de partida de numerosos senderos del municipio de Icod de los Vinos, famoso por su milenario Drago. Digno de visitar, su casco histórico es bien de interés cultural. Es necesario moverse con coche. Hay un servicio de bus, pero pasa 4 veces al día. Icod es conocido como La Ciudad del Drago, por albergar el famoso Drago milenario de Icod de los Vinos, uno de los símbolos más emblemáticos de la isla de Tenerife. El casco antiguo de la ciudad ha sido declarado Bien de Interés Cultural debido a su importancia histórica y que además acoge una zona comercial, complementarias a las existentes en la Isla Baja. Situado en la parte occidental de la isla en un delicioso valle que principia desde la orilla del mar y sube hasta la falda del mismo Teide; reinan en ella con mas frecuencia los vientos del N y ascenso, (...). We also have Netflix available. The kitchen is fully equipped with: Electric oven and Induction Hobs, espresso machine, Fridge-Freezer, Double Sink, Dishwasher and a tap that provides filtered water. We have a safe in the apartment for guests to store valuables. Private parking at the building. Depending on availability, we can book our guests in for Massage, Yoga, SUP, Surf Lessons, Electric bicycle hire - and more... The whole apartment - 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large open plan living and dining area. We like to meet all of our guests in person on arrival to give a warm welcome. We live a short walk away, and are available for emergencies 24/7. Situated in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz amid native flora and just a four-minute walk from the beach, the home's location can't be beat. Everything is steps away—supermarkets, restaurants, bars, doctors, banks, a post office, and more. We normally recommend hiring a car if staying in Luz for more than a few days. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and also when returning back after an evening out :)
