We're off the beaten path, but near Magnolia & the Silos, Baylor, Cameron Park Zoo, ExtraCo Event Center, Downtown Waco, Spice Village, Texas Ranger Museum, and the Dr. Pepper Museum

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. In the heart of the Silo District, this new luxury home is close to everything Downtown Waco has to offer. The Wishing House was created as a sanctuary of relaxation & making memories together. It’s a modern house with high end features that includes 2 master bedroom suites, fantastic outdoor living spaces with an outdoor movie wall, firepit, grill, and a balcony overlooking downtown Waco.
