Questo non è un appartamento pensato per essere affittato. L'ho da poco ristrutturato in stile contemporaneo per potermi riservare con mia moglie alcune fughe dalla routine nella nostra amata Porto Alabe. Al contempo, sono orgoglioso di condividere quella meravigliosa vista tramonto con le persone che, come me, amano quella leggera sensazione di libertà e stupore. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, in modo che non dobbiate pensare a cosa portarvi dietro, ma solo a godervi il relax.

Il nostro alloggio si trova Magomadas, piccola cittadina della provincia di Oristano alle porte di Bosa da cui dista meno di 10 km. L’alloggio è situato all’interno di una proprietà privata con un'incantevole vista mare fino alla vicina Bosa. A disposizione degli ospiti un piccolo terrazzino da cui si possono ammirare incantevoli tramonti o semplicemente vivere intensi momenti di relax e meditazione. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !
