Its a Mud House built with Mud, Woods and Stones and tried to keep it raw and rustic. Being close to the nature, we kept it in sync with the surrounding ecosystem.It has Round Mud Bed with direct view of backwaters and space for four to sleep. Also has wooden bunk bed in other bedroom with attached washroom.Hall with a music system, Mud Sofas with beautiful artwork.Also, has a small tiny meditation cave with a bed to sleep for two. A kitchen with earthen hearth cooking can be used by the guests.

The Kondhan home is a Mud-Brick house. Built in 2013 with locally available materials and least disturbance to the existing landscape. It blends with the tribal houses in the area. We were inspired by the famous Architect Laurie Baker and his philosophy. Mud walls/Terracotta double roof Tiles/ Wooden Pillars and beams connected by bearing and pintles/Terracotta flooring/2 open bedrooms. Price includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner, if needed, would be charged extra.

Beautifully crafted konkan style Cob House at the base of Matheran foothills in the amidst Forest of Sahyadri near Karjat, Maharashtra. The Cob House cottage is a comfortable & spacious space with toilet & bathroom for 4 adults/family. On the higher side, it can accommodate 10 guests. Note: The place has only off-grid lighting and we promote waking up with sunrise and sleeping with sunset lifestyle. Veg/Non-veg food can be arranged locally with extra cost.
