Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

Our house is located on an old country road that connects Campanet with Pollença, crossing a beautiful valley about 12 km long, surrounded by mountains, nature, and farmhouses. It’s a very peaceful area, perfect for disconnecting from the daily grind. The property features a spacious terrace and a large garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors at any time of the day.
