Non dispone di aria condizionata ma essendo in casa d'epoca la temperatura d'estate è gradevole. La cucina è in condivisione per la colazione, la colazione non è servita ma c'è tutto l'occorrente! Il B&B è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (centro, ospedale, stazione), con una passeggiata di 15min. sei sul lungolago, possibili escursioni in montagna visto la vicinanza.
